½ can CALAHUA Cream of Coconut
1cup rice
½ can evaporated milk
1/3 cup sugar
50 gr raisins
1 egg yolk
1 stick cinnamon
2 ½ cups water
Wash rice and cook with water and the cinnamon stick. When rice is tender (cooked) add milk with sugar, previously
mixed, slightly whipped egg yolk, raisins and CALAHUA Cream of Coconut.
Let it boil and put away from fire.
Serve cold.
