CALAHUA CARAMEL CUSTARD


1 can CALAHUA Cream of Coconut
1 can evaporated milk
4 eggs

Blend eggs with CALAHUA Cream of Coconut and with evaporated milk.
Pour the mix into an ovenproof dish. You can add nuts, raisins and grated coconut if desired.
Put the dish into a pressure cooker for 30 or 35 minutes.
Let it cool before eating.
