COCONUT GELATIN


1 can CALAHUA Cream of Coconut
4 packets flavorless gelatin
1 liter milk
100 gr grated coconut
1 cup cold water
1 cup hot water

Pour gelatin packets into cold water and mix; let settle.
Add hot water so the gelatin will mix properly, milk and CALAHUA Cream of Coconut.
Beat thoroughly with grated coconut. Let settle well.
