MANGO ICE CREAM


1 mango fruit
2 cans CALAHUA Cream of Coconut
1 level spoonful of flavorless gelatin

In the blender, grind mamey with CALAHUA Cream of Coconut.
Mix gelatin in a cup water and heat until it dissolves.
Blend everything again, pour it into a recipient and put into the freezer.

Mango can be replaced by a large mamey.
