CALAHUA CAKE


1 can CALAHUA Cream of Coconut
200 gr butter
300 gr wheat flour
250 gr sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder

Mix sugar and eggs for 20 minutes or until creamy consistence.
Set aside from the mixer dish. Sift baking powder and flour and pour slowly with previous mix with a palette.
Finally, add melted butter and CALAHUA Cream of Coconut.
Preheat oven at 200° C. Bake mix for 25 minutes.
